Advanced Technologies

Extrusion Blow Molding

A process for manufacturing bottles & containers where (for the most part) the “mouth” opening is narrower than the container itself. This process enables us to design and manufacture complex plastic containers and bottles, from 10ml all the way up to 500 liter barrels, including handle design as an integral part of the product. Additional products manufactured by this technology are: milk bottles, large containers for cleaning products and detergents, toys, and other product that requires empty inner space.

Materials used in this technology are high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and polypropylene (PP). These materials can be dyed in an unlimited variety of colors.

Production process includes 3 stages:

  1. Extrusion - turning the plastic raw material granules form into a flexible sleeve which can be designed and manipulated.
  2. Blowing and designing the sleeve in a mold, by blowing compressed air through it to obtain the final shape.
  3. Removing the product from the mold and cutting off excess material.

 

 

Injection Stretch Blow Molding

This technology is used to produce products with maximum transparency (glass look-alike) resistant to the passage of gases in and out. We implement this technology to produce products such as bottles, food jars, containers for toiletries, detergents and much more.

The raw material used in this process is (PET) - a type of polyester, that gives strength and transparency, and can be dyed in an unlimited variety of colors.

Production process includes 3 stages:

  1. Injection of the PET (after is has been melted) into a barrel with a screw, to create the pre-form of the container.
  2. Stretching & blowing the pre-form to its final design in a mold, by blowing compressed air through it to obtain the final shape.
  3. Removing the product from the mold, performed by a robot.

 

 

Injection Molding

This technology is used to produce containers, boxes, cups and lids for packaging. The most common raw materials used in this technology are polypropylene (PP), high density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE), all of which can be dyed in an unlimited variety of colors.

Injection process includes 2 stages:

  1. Injection of the raw material (after it has been melted) into the cavity of the mold, to create the required product shape.
  2. Removing the product from the mold is performed by robot.

As a one-stop-shop operation, we also provide decoration and printing services in a wide variety of technologies, either fully or partially automated.

  1. In Mold Labeling - IML

Labeling is done inside the blow/injection mold, so it is integrated into the final product resulting in a beautiful, smooth and lasting label.

  1. Self-Adhesive Labeling

The label is affixed to the final product through automated/semi-automated process. Can be applied to any product produced through blow molding, injection blow molding and injection.

  1. Shrink Sleeve

The label is "dressed" upon the product like a sleeve using hot air or steam. In this way the label shrinks and adapts perfectly to the product. Can be applied to any product produced through blow molding, injection blow molding and injection

  1. Stretch Sleeve

After product manufacturing, an elastic sleeve is placed on the product. Used in blow molding and injection blow molding technologies.

  1. Silk Screen printing

We are one of the few manufacturers that provides in-house printing for "iconic" products that are traditionally printed and do not wish to use sleeve or adhesive labeling.

  1. Tampon Printing

Special printing machine for state-of-the-art printing on tubes, cylindrical and round products.
