With a range of advanced technologies for production, packaging, and decoration, and the use of various raw materials—post consumer recycled (PCR) and biodegradable – as well as creative thinking, Polycad is opening new horizons of service for additional industries, including feeding bottles and accessories for babies, rafts for hydroponic growing of leafy vegetables, 3D and digital printer ink cartridges, the automotive and aviation industries, and many more packaging applications.
Research & Development
Product differentiation is key for Polycad. That’s why every new product starts with a blank page – reviewing the design brief, assessing production capabilities, and exploring all technological options in full transparency and collaboration with the customer.
As development progresses and ideas turn into sketches, we transform the initial concept into a tangible product, merging shelf presence and functionality with practical manufacturing feasibility.
Polycad helps convert your idea into a real package—tailored to your specific product. We consider oxygen and light resistance, transparency, filling process compatibility, temperature requirements, product-package interactions, cap types, and safety seals.
This process culminates in a 3D model and prototype, created in our R&D lab. It reflects the depth of our expertise and ensures the final product meets your needs, your product’s requirements, and the expectations of your end consumer—unique, practical, and ready for commercial launch.
Environmentally Friendly Packaging
Polycad is leading the use of advanced materials for plastic packaging production, offering its customers, custom compounds to achieve flexibility, rigidity, or specific compatibility with the filled materials and usage conditions.
The raw materials we used are 100% recyclable. We also specialize in using post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET and produce packaging with up to 50% or even 100% PCR content for customers such as Sano, HENKEL, and SodaStream.
To promote full recyclability, Polycad transitioned all of its customers to use sleeves made out of PET, enabling smooth recycling of one-material packaging solutions. We also offer biodegradable raw materials, sugarcane-based materials, and compostable options that are disposable in the soil within six months.
