Polycad offers advanced capabilities in manufacturing with a wide range of colors and decoration technologies.
Our decoration process is performed online, during production, ensuring consistent results and, most importantly, preserving the container’s volume – avoiding a negative effect on the product internal volume (mainly when applying decorative sleeves).
In Mold Labeling
The label is added inside the blow mold or injection mold during the production process. This creates an integrated, smooth, and durable label that cannot be removed and retains its appearance over time.
As part of the product development process, a custom mold is designed specifically to fit the client’s label, enabling labeling to take place seamlessly during the packaging production.
Shrink Sleeve
The decorative sleeve, selected and designed by the customer, is applied to the product using steam, causing it to shrink and perfectly conform to the final shape of the package. This sleeving process is done online, immediately after the packaging is produced and before it is packed for the customer.the packaging.
Sleeving is available only for products made using PET stretch blow molding, and the sleeve itself is made from PET, allowing for full recyclability of the packaging.
