We meet all required industry and our customers quality standards through a dedicated, skilled, and professional team working day and night to ensure our production meets the quality standards set by the regulation and/or our customers. Polycad operates a fully equipped quality lab. with the most advanced technologies and equipment, to measure and check 24/7 the various features of each product produced in our plant.

Polycad fully adopts and implements all required standards in accordance with approved international certifications. At the same time, we continuously and systematically improve our work and production processes to ensure long-term success and uncompromising quality. Every year, Polycad successfully passes customer and international audits with top scores.
Our employees receive regular training and guidance to uphold our quality standards. In addition, our production lines are equipped with advanced automated inspection systems that monitor 100% of the products in real time, alongside a 24/7 quality control team.
Occupational Health and Safety
Polycad complies with the international ISO 45001 standard and local legal regulations, operating under the plant’s Occupational Health and Safety Committee to prevent workplace accidents and occupational health hazards.
We are committed to ensuring that our occupational health and safety management system fully supports all regulatory requirements.
Our employees are trained and guided to understand and follow the company’s health and safety principles. Polycad employs a dedicated HSE Officer who leads the implementation of the company’s safety policy and reports regularly to the authorities. .
Food Safety Policy
Polycad complies with the international FSSC 22000 standard and all legal requirements to ensure safe food production processes, including identification of food safety risks and critical control points.
Polycad is committed to working in accordance with Israeli Standard 5113 – “Plastic materials, products and components made of plastic intended to come into contact with food and beverages,” regarding the production of food packaging.
Our food safety management system meets the requirements of our customers, including global corporations. Our employees are trained to fully understand food safety principles and are committed to the highest standards.

Environmental Responsibility
As a leading packaging manufacturer, Polycad is committed to a strict environmental policy and operates in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard.
Polycad undergoes annual audits to maintain this certification and ensures full recycling of all production waste and surplus materials, along with continuous monitoring of the environment, soil, and water around the production site. Each year, Polycad also works to reduce the weight of its packaging to minimize the use of raw materials.
In collaboration with institutional organizations such as “The Israel Resource Efficiency Center (IREC)” and “The Institute for Advanced Manufacturing”, Polycad implements advanced programs to reduce production waste, lower emissions, save energy, and manage finished goods inventory efficiently. In addition, the company has expanded the reuse of PIR (Post Industrial Recycled) waste to reduce the consumption of virgin raw materials.
Polycad employs an Energy Officer to ensure compliance with legal requirements and has invested significantly in recent years to reduce energy consumption throughout its production processes. Energy efficiency is a key consideration when acquiring new machinery, planning production processes, and developing new products.
